For Parra, probably her levelheadedness. She contrasts the bombastic characters around her with a calm, collected, and confident demeanor. She excels at staying cool under pressure and rarely acts without thinking, allowing her to think one step ahead and seamlessly adapt to unexpected situations.

For Rosalyn, probably her confidence/resilience. Despite everything she's faced, she remains optimistic and never gives into self-doubt, always believing in herself and her loved ones. Her curiosity is another candidate; she's got an open mind and loves to learn about the world and people around her

For Crystal, it's her compassion. While she can be a bit arrogant and egotistical, she's also one of the kindest people you could ever meet and one of the best friends you could ever have. She's determined to help those around her and often puts the well-being of others above her own.

For Plasma, it's his tenacity. This guy never, ever, EVER gives up. He's constantly been met with failure, mockery, and derision his entire life, enduring pain both physical and emotional, but he keeps going. He has a goal in mind, and he refuses to stand down until he achieves it, no matter what.

For Jessica, it's her courage. She's a proactive go-getter at her core, never afraid to stand up for herself and often being among the first to take initiative to get something done. While she faces a lot of hardships and sometimes gets in over her head, she defiantly refuses to back down.

For Aaron, it's probably loyalty. While he may be flakey and spacey, he's fiercely loyal to and protective of his loved ones and will jump through any hoops to help them, even at great personal risk or inconvenience. His open-mindedness and adaptability are also candidates.

Aside from them, Plasma's stolen a LOT of things. I'm not sure repurposing long-abandoned tech counts as "stealing," but hijacking security robots DEFINITELY does.

Dimensia's also stolen quite a number of treasures and materials from other dimensions. "All in the name of science," she assures.
