Jin would always blush when Namjoon unabashedly called him beautiful, but he clearly liked the compliments, and Namjoon loved giving them, even as they grew into adulthood. “N-Namjoon!” Jin had stammered one day when Namjoon attempted to kiss his hand. “We’re not even courting! It’s improper!” Namjoon smiled, gently squeezing the shepherd’s hand instead. “If I court you, may I then shower you with the affection you deserve?” Jin squeaked in embarrassment, ears turning a pretty shade of red. “W-well, you have to provide the courting gifts first! And they need to be thoughtful, meaningful, unique to our relationsh—” Jin blushed again and started a new rant, but he never let go of Namjoon’s hand until they bade each other goodnight underneath the full moon.

Honorifics were rarely used these days, especially after the Calamity, but he was still knowledgeable enough about outdated speech patterns. This was perfectly logical. Because Jimin was pretending to be a woman, and women call older men ‘oppa’. What wasn’t logical was the hard boner threatening to burst out from… his sand seal’s blubber? Uh. Yoongi discreetly rolled onto his belly. Regardless of what the fuck was happening in his animal body, the word ‘Bozai’ definitely did not set the mood. But imagine if Jimin called him Yoongi-oppa…
