Oh dear life..
My absence of social media has gone this way ..
18 months ago ..lost my dad ( hero) to dementia.
2 months ago.. lost my brother to a fall where he hit his head and instantly killed him .
I think I've got the "how do you carry on with life "badge now.
It's all a plot twist .xxx

Jokes aside ... this is my hero (dad) .. dementia has taken him to another world ... he's still alive and kicking but not the dad I always knew . I now understand the term "the long goodbye" 🙏
