Saw a beautiful Red-shouldered Hawk today at work. I needed a sign today. A sign of guidance, protection, strength and calm focus. I meditated this morning for these things and the universe spoke it into existence at a time I needed most.

I’ve seen cardinals in the past in my yard but the last few months they’ve shown up more. And in the past few weeks I see one almost daily. I grew up on the Native American legend that when a cardinal appears a loved one is visiting. I like to think it’s my grandparents.

It’s been windy as hell today but we’ve enjoyed sitting on the porch away from the stresses of everything else going on
