I moved from NH to MA recently.
NH is doing basically nothing to move to solar and wind where MA is going hog wild. Still the average CO2 emission per KWH is way lower in NH than it is in MA. NH has a single nuclear power plant that powers half the state. Almost 75% of MA is natural gas.
