Today has a lot of meaning for me. OTD 1775 the USMC was born at Tunn Tavern, Philadelphia, PA. OTD 1969 Street debuted on television. OTD 1975 the Edmund Fitzgerald sank with all hands. OTD 1998, Nov 10, I raised my hand & joined the USCG. OTD 2006 I was pinned as a real Chief. #OTD

It's been a week for my mental health. Grateful for people that care & reached out. Focusing on the things I can control & micro wins. The smoke from this Asylum Insanity Later cigar is pulling my cares away, at least for tonight. Paired with a bottle of Devil's Tower High-Rye Bourbon.
