4. Will Elon’s conspiracies create a diplomatic incident? Musk has seized on an obsession of the far right that Starmer & British politicians are covering up child abuse by immigrants in the UK (unsubstantiated). Elon has called for Starmer to be jailed. Will he keep quiet on X?

3. Will Starmer make Trump snooze? Much like Theresa May, Starmer doesn’t light up a room or captivate audiences. Trump loves a showman & strong leader. Trump has been kind to Starmer so far. Can Starmer continue to impress Trump & still come across as authentic? Time will tell.

2. How will Trump handle tough questions from UK reporters? The British press pride themselves on being able to hold politicians feet to the fire. At a time when the WH is barring independent media, the travelling British press pack will be eager to hold the POTUS to account.

1. Will Starmer’s commitment to spend 2.5% of GDP on defense convince Trump? After Trump sidelined Europe in negotiations w/ Russia, Starmer is flexing the UK's military muscle & indicating that he's ready to deploy UK peacekeeping troops to Ukraine. But is it enough? Unlikely.
