I told someone this past summer that "I'd found my joy again". It takes a lot of work, and at some point the therapy turns into a positive spiral, instead of stopping the negative ones.

The company is a small science company, and they support the technology that reads peoples brainwaves. They use this with disabled people to help their therapy. It is really cool.
