- i dropped a weight and he had to show me how to do it properly 😭
- and i almost dropped a barbell on myself that weighed too much and another guy had to help me
- my arms are KILLING ME cause i havent lifted in like 3+ months
- ima keep going 5 days a week tho, im determined to bulk up 💪🏾
