It reminds me of the movie Split Second (1992) with Rutger Hauer, which, if I remember correctly, showed partially flooded London in their imagined future (something like 2008), perhaps due to global warming.

Especially if America turns arbitrarily, away from NATO or Europe, we need Ukraine in NATO. That's for sure! Europe should arm itself, but we also need Ukraine. This is the basis of transatlantic security.
