I live in Illinois but work in St. Louis, MO. I have a free local library card but pay $50/year for an STL county card because their ebook selection is so much larger!! I agree it’s worth every penny :)

Nope, not really; unless you are wealthy or have been accepted to an out-of-country uni, or have already secured an out-of-country job it’s pretty impossible to legally emigrate. Check your privilege, please.
