Call it volunteering. I volunteered as a Candy Strioer at 2 different hospitals and learned a ton. It shaped my future as an effective manager.

I was a retail manager in Sarasota FL. I had an unpaid intern, she was working for a grade. I loved her and would’ve hired in a minute.
