Carney meant Canadians. We have the Constitution Act of 1982 that kept us in the Commonwealth (different issue) but the monarchy is just a remnant- no real ties. Carney misspoke as this is Indigenous land. Ask Alberta

Or build relationships with Indigenous Peoples, communities or organizations, which will be the foundation of this discussion. Using Indigenous methodologies aligned with local/regional Indigenous community(s) can be one example of relationship building prior to seeking funding. End/
