My take git has done wonders as anyone who does not work on pure software and has been exposed to the joy that is Perforce or things like it. Its some to not overall but flat out replace git. Hell we have now had 20 years to learn git's pain points.

Yeah I have been trying to do this vibe coding thing for just bloody python to binary and binary reps (one's two's complement things) yeah not ever doing this vibe coding thing again. LLMs for figuring out things and rubber ducking yes, writing whole code not for the foreseeable future

the hardest thing I have found in any development role (hardware, software, ect) is balancing getting immediate things working and wanting to get the abstract reusable infrastructure things made

Great @AmerChemSociety video on fluoride research shows most concerns have been totally blown out of proportion. While better unbiased studies are needed, what's semi-conclusive is excessive natural fluoride sources are more concerning than controlled municipal fluoridation.
