Vegan. Straight Edge. Always running. Lover of soccer (Sounders & Liverpool), food, and video games.
My plan was always to only buy the jacket for my first Boston Marathon and wear that every year I decide to run it again.

But the 2026 jacket made me break that since they went back to embroidered with blue and yellow.

This morning was my final fun run until late April. Boston Marathon training starts tomorrow!

34th game of 2025

Caravan SandWitch (2024, PC)

This game deserves an overwhelmingly positive rating, but I am sure the only reason it doesn't is due to bigots negative review bombing it for it using pronouns, there being a trans woman, pride flags, ect. Artwork is amazing, music is perfect. 10/10

An adventurous weekend of trail running with a total of 47.7 miles and 8,324 ft elevation gain. A lot of flooded trails, very muddy, and wild weather while up in the clouds.

Saturday: 25.42 miles, 5,850 ft e.g.
Sunday: 22.31 miles, 2,474 ft e.g.

2 weeks until Boston Marathon training begins!

33rd game of 2025

Kiosk (2025, PC)

A short indie cooking horror game about working the night shift of a walk-up food spot by yourself. You will serve floor burgers with the customers thanking you for it. A simple game that I enjoyed for the 2.5 hours. The jump scares got me almost every time.

32nd game of 2025

The Operator (2024, PC)

A short, fun investigative game. You're an operator for agents of the FDI (FBI). You start off by piecing together evidence for clues for the agents until....things happen. It holds your hand a lot, but high feeling of accomplishment when finding clues.

31st game of 2025

Atomic Heart (2023, PC)

This was enjoyable enough, but quite forgettable. Story was meh until about 2/3 through, then gets a bit interesting. The world is beautiful and fun to explore. Gameplay saves this as it was very satisfying. 6/10

30th game of 2025

Arctic Eggs (2024, PC)

Your only tool is a frying pan. You meet people and cook the items they request.

That's an accurate description that doesn't sound odd at all, but this is one of the strangest games I have ever played, and I loved it! Physics of the pan are spot on. 9/10

29th game of 2025

Mouthwashing (2024, PC)

Such a detailed and dark experience. Only takes 2.5 - 3 hours to finish, and there is not even the slightest of a boring moment. Play this game, support indie games.

You can get this and 12 other games for $13 on Humble in the Indie Fears bundle.

Photos from Saturday's 50k got posted. Have only found one of me so far, and I am very confused by it since I don't look completely hideous like every other race photo ever taken of me.

Post-race haircut done. I should've taken a before picture, but my last haircut was after Boston in April, so it was quite wild.

I never get my haircut while training for a race. Kind of my version of the playoff beard. Because of this, my next haircut probably won't be until after Boston next year

50K complete.

Beat my goal time, which was 6 hours.

Now, it is time to EAT!
October 25, 2025 at 9:12 PM
Headed up to the starting line to cheer on the runners doing the early start, then grabbed my bib. I will be known only as 794 for the next 50km.

It's race day!

I feel ready as I can be, and my Garmin even says I'm ready!

Welcome to my carb-loading dinner the night before race day.

Reminder that I suck at taper week. I'm not one to argue with my legs when they want to go.

I'm fighting with Garmin this morning. It's choosing to tell me I'm strained again. Almost feel bad for it for choosing to be WRONG!
