I am so pleased to announce that my book ”Former combatants, democracy, and institution-building in transitory societies: Kosovo and North Macedonia” is out now. It is a book about the KLA in Kosovo, the NLA in North Macedonia, their joint predecessor (LPK), and their transformation in politics.
