Also, Dane Butswinkas (the lead lawyer for Perkins) is hands-down the best trial lawyer I have ever seen. He's shockingly good. It doesn't sounds like it was tough to run circles around the govt lawyer in this case, but he could have done it regardless.

I’d say I was proud of my old firm, but I don’t think this was a remotely close call for W&C given the firm ethos. They'd think people who didn’t want to stand up to the govt here were just not W&C material.
