They rushed to get the indictment in before the statute of limitations expired. I'm no lawyer, but I think that if this one gets tossed, they can't refile.

I left FB at the beginning of 2025 when they lifted DJT's permanent ban. My mental health improved significantly (and my online impulse buying decreased) since then.

I'm honestly so sick and tired of hearing the threats to release the files. For every single person able to release them: it's put up or shut up time. Stop cowering in faux fear of a lame-duck President, take inspiration from the Nike slogan, listen to Shia LaBeouf, and JUST DO IT.

They've faced 5 of the top 10 RBs by yardage in the league, including Hall (#10) tonight, though Hall will likely fall out of the Top 10 come Sunday (he was 13th before kickoff). They still have BAL and second games against all 3 AFC East opponents to come.

My only concern with a refurbished Pixel 8 or older would be battery life. I kept my 8 Pro instead of trading it in when I got the 10 because it's enrolled in the Android Beta Program, but it doesn't leave my office anymore.
