I like that design and Army Navy Dr now has something similar. Got this response months ago for the Wilson Blvd stop (part of The Wendy site plan): "We have conveyed the matter to our infrastructure inspections team who will be reaching out to the developers to review and fix the issue."

The small openings over the gutter become clogged very easily so this spot is pretty much always flooded. It's already a narrow bike lane but maybe the Zicla style where the gutter is not part of the bike ramp would work better.

Also proposed is adding bike lanes to the N Scott St bridge to create a better connection from the Custis Trail to Key Blvd & N Quinn St 👍
