My video game hot take of the day: I know Nintendo will never do this, but if Mario Kart is going to stay their only racing game and F-Zero is too niche to devote a big traditional game to. I say reboot the franchise and use the plethora of kinnikuman-like characters and make a fighting game.

Y’know I’ve thought about Nintendo’s stance on voice actors compared to the likes of Sony, Atlus, etc. Theorizing that Nintendo is gameplay first so want to sell you their games on that not using their VAs as promo material. Now Doug just flat out says it.
