Many reasons to dislike Amazon but their games division has to be their biggest failure. So much talent wasted on projects that never came out, denying us dozens of great console titles from certain developers because they were instead wooed by lucrative deals, thinking they were on the golden path.
Amazon is laying off 14,000 people, with the video games division hit in particular, and others in its corporate workforce.
The layoff message to employees highlights how AI will "innovate much faster than ever before".

This Monday I see a lot of people have come to the coping grief stage regarding Monster Hunter Wild's PC performance.
Kaldaien and the modding community will take the edge off of some of the bad things that Capcom has done with the game (DRM), but the only people who can actually fix it are Capcom.
