One of the worst parts of this depression is how it impacts by already lacking (thanks ADHD) emotional regulation. My rejection sensitivity is so severe right now. And I KNOW it is but that doesn’t matter because I’m depressed and anxious. 🙃🫠

Soooo…I’ve reached burnout stage with everything and I’m pretty sure I’m now depressed? And it’s so hard to try to mask it all away for the family. I’d love to talk to my therapist but she’s getting set up to take insurance, so she’s hella expensive right now. Screaming into Internet void instead.

In a few weeks we’re taking a vacation to Europe. We’ll also be checking out a potential moving spot. Work’s already signed off on it. Big adventure and better place to raise the kiddos. Hopefully my partner likes it enough to sign off on moving abroad
