aehh, fuckin'... 😓 I had such sad vibes watching him in Top Gun 2, now asking myself how much of that was acting and how much of it was real. RIP King Iceman.

oh re-org is a nightmare at scale, of course. just introducing new groupware can take a corporation a whole year to roll out. that's why I appreciate small teams. you can be actually agile, not just guesstimate workloads with story points. what the hell is even that? it's like measuring in elbows 🤣

in the age of AI automation, especially with small teams, you re-organize on the fly or you freaking perish. each person can now easily wear multiple hats, but at the same time, the hats keep changing sizes and designs basically every week...

I don't see any current AR/VR device as truly gaming-capable with purely inside-out tracking, even with controllers. most definitely not with just hands. it's not fast or accurate enough. OK for casual, unreliable for competitive. also, NOTHING can save the Vision Pro at its absurd price point.

you can always follow me for poorly-timed, highly irregular (1 post every 3 months on average), but definitely very multi-disciplinary quality shitposts from someone who doesn't care about followers or social media in general. treat it an an experiment in randomly increasing integers in databases.

I follow a few critics, but try to stay away from anyone covering episodic stuff. they tend to put all the information in the freaking thumbnail on top of some clickbaity photoshopped screengrab. I do SoMe content myself, but stuff like that is just... extremely punchable.

who exactly are "influencers" for a show like Severance? and what could they possibly say to get someone to watch it, aside from the generic things influencers say about everything they get paid to talk about? "yo bro check it, it's Ben from Parks & Rec but he's all sad and inquisitive and stuff"? 😂

you would be surprised how large a percentage of the human population will blatantly ignore things that are "right there". as evidenced by who is currently running the US.

very clean for a "sketch"! this is indeed the "I want to see myself represented" thing taken to the next level of frightening realism. how did she (I assume) get her (I assume) superpowers? by eating Tom Holland? 😂

I would go as far as saying that failure has to be actively encouraged. it's essential for learning and consequent progress. everything else is just maintaining the status quo, and you can't grow just by maintaining. that's why smaller studios make more bangers. most can't afford to not take risks.

this applies to EVERY product. and it's unfortunately a lesson very few people have learned... the unrealistic drive for constant growth leads to unrealistic expectations, inevitable disappointments, and undeserved firings everywhere BUT the c-level.
