Reston Regional Library is just the best (and also the busiest in Fairfax County)! Great people, and Friends of the Library have wonderful sales and help the library (and others in the area) buy books with the proceeds. I love my library!

In Virginia, I've understood that developers can switch from rental to condo but not the other way around. There are soooo many rental buildings being built in Northern Virginia (Reston) right now.
