I was a mental health provider at the VA. This started in his first term and there were many of us who left the VA as a result of these changes. I left Nov of 2021 after 23 years, giving up full retirement benefits if I had stayed to 30 years

You can’t unsee things. There’s no utility in causing yourself pain over and over without any solutions. You need your energy to advocate for and support people where you can.
