It kind of makes me uncomfortable how about half of my favorite albums - I've made a little top ten list to figure this out - come from the 1970s.

So far, I've been playing through Chrono Trigger on Retroachievements, the SNES and NDS versions, and I've hit that point for both where it's become a real slog to get the mastery for both of them. It's too bad I love this game so much, otherwise I'd do the smart thing just leave the mastery be.

It's always satisfying when you overcome a challenge in a game that's been blocking progress for weeks or months.

Getting past the 'Diaspola' map from Ogre Battle is one such challenge for me. Nevermind that it cost me nearly all my tarots and four alignment points for my lord character.

Looking at my Retroachievements year in review, I spent more time playing Chrono Trigger DS than any other game this year.

It's a great game, but the above explains why I've been so burnt out on it, and yet I haven't even mastered it yet!

I never quite realized just how spectacularly beautiful peppermint tea is.
