That’s me in pretty much every international law conference
one position I find myself in quite frequently is agreeing with people about how bad things are, but profoundly disagreeing with their rosy ass impression of how bad things were.

One thing that the general public is not that aware of re: Tesla is that *they do not manufacture their own battery cells*
They lease space in their factories for third-parties such as Panasonic.
A lot of people invested in Tesla because they thought Tesla was vertically integrated re: the cells.

No, International law is protecting states borders. Ukraine does not have to do any of this silliness, all that needs to be done is to put Putin in jail.

It’s amazing to find out at this late date how much the rule of law depended on people simply deciding, on a voluntary, daily basis, not to break the law.
