In front of all my classmates until I stopped. Fuck that guy. Paused an entire assembly just to glare at one wiggly kid.

I fear getting too caught up in my own grief because I want to be able to be strong for the folks who talk to her just about every day.

This is my current hamster, Shart! She lives in a 40 gallon tank, in my closet so I can give her a proper day/night cycle and keep her away from my cats. She LOVES mealworms. Every time someone tells me she’s “just a hamster” I add another inch of bedding to her cage 😂
