i’m going to agree with @darthbluesky.bsky.social here - BoTW is worth playing first: it’ll introduce you to the world and mechanics + once you finish the new game, you’ll want more so might as well start with the prequel.

by the end of the 100+ hours of playing the game, our brains will be remapped - just in time for us to go back to our other systems.
