Some weird idea about hygiene presumably. Same thing happened to some Queensland kids at the Hobart Aquatic Centre a while ago. Their "rashies" ie standard sun smart swim gear weren't acceptable "bathers" in Tasmania and they weren't allowed in the pool..

That’s weird. So the burkini is banned in France but swim caps are mandatory. How does that work?

Some years ago, we had a badly behaved surgeon and a spineless administration. Surgeon threw a scalpel at a nurse when DMS was on holiday. Locum DMS sacked him (👏👏👏)

Private hospitals will turn a blind eye to this sort of behaviour because of the money surgeons bring in. They care considerably less about nurses and other staff who they consider are a dime a dozen and can be replaced.

Last federal election I was simply asked “do you have a reason for prepolling “ and they were happy with “yes”.
If candidates would limit the endless number of volunteers shoving how to vote cards in my face I might think differently..

It shouldn’t be up to family members, or the person’s doctor. Over 75s should have mandatory, regular , real world testing. If pilots can use simulators for training, surely we could develop driving simulators?

Exactly. Random speed cameras encourage drivers to slow down everywhere. Fixed cameras may have a role at Black Spots but are pointless otherwise.
