I agree it’s better than her continuing to do things like taunt Sandy Hook families and spew Qanon insanity. But nobody needs to be grateful. She’s getting a ton of coverage for it, which was the goal, so, to paraphrase Jesus, she has already received her reward.

I wish more people would see that friends/family were cosplaying as decent people until Trump made it okay to express their true views. It’s not “this person was always good and now they’re not” - it’s “this person had you convinced they were good, but now they’re showing what was there all along.”

On the contrary, I don’t think he has any feelings at all except about money. Hillbilly Elegy made him money. Now calling low-wage workers “servants” is making him money. It’s totally consistent.

These days I believe they’re given an injectable local anesthetic. But when my first son was born 27 years ago, they didn’t give painkillers at ALL for newborns’ circumcisions. I’d wonder whether RFK Jr is relying entirely on more recent data, but we know he isn’t using data at all.
