5 hours cooking straight but all these dishes ended up done at the same time somehow ^^
Ingredients all prepped and portioned neat and orderly. Veggies on sheet pan before going in oven. Stuffing crumble topped mac and cheese Potatoes with a nice golden brown

Two plates on a counter with napkins and silverware in between. It's a breakfast dish with scrambled eggs, unfortunately burnt toast (but not too bad) with some balsamic vinegar and rosemary, red potatoes, bell pepper sliced into matchsticks, and a pat of butter for the toast on the side.

Two plates served with a red Thai curry, chicken chunks, daikon radish cut into matchsticks, red onion, and some rice. Placed on a kitchen counter next to an empty rice cooker that's still on and I hope I didn't leave it on, oh no, did I leave the rice cooker on?

Birthday baa yesterday, been another full year.

This time last year I just arrived in Washington unsure of my future. Since then, I've lost 50 lbs, started HRT, and met so many wonderful friends and a very special bnuy. 🐰
