AI companies want you addicted. They want to shoehorn AI into your life, make you dependent on it, and then hike their prices once enough people are too learning-resistant to function without it. It’s a new opium war for the digital age.

These two are the only in-depth posts in the thread. They’re both pretty reasonable critiques *from trans women* and OP is equally pissy about them, so I think she’s just blindly assuming her critics must be bigots in order to avoid processing the criticism.
