Great idea but I hope there is guidance for teachers as to how to use this film to educate youngsters on the issues raised

It's not just £5billion. It is the next 40 years of savings re benefits. Most importantly it is 40 years of these young people being useful and productive and also them paying taxes for those 40 years.

Really respect you Peter, and I agree about the wealth tax, but you need to accept that the benefit system is not fit for purpose. How can so many young people be out of work and be claiming benefits?

Why would it be gaslighting? Easy to throw the term at people who question your view?
The reality is that any society has to balance needs of it's people with it's ability to afford it. I believe in the welfare state, not in 24 year olds staying at home all day on social media feeling anxious.

Read the figures from the Times. Our society and economy cannot sustain looking after all these benefit claimants. Anxiety is not a disability. The country should not be paying for someone who has worries, often caused by social media....

The number of people entitled to receive a disability benefit in Great Britain has risen over time, from 3.9 million in May 2002 to 6.9 million in February 2024, and is expected to rise further.....
