Try it the other way next time? - looks like the folding in half and closing the two sides together might keep the lot intact 🤔🙏
Will try it myself when I am back across the border next - looks like I'll have a trip to Bangkok in the coming 2 weeks, bring on the 7-11 experiments!

All my years of doing one of the following two options:
- forking the pasta side over to the sauce side and having it splash over the edge
- spooning the sauce over to the pasta side and not getting all of the sauce

I brought an Indian recipe book with some photos to the pearl farm a while back, on a small island. I asked the Burmese cook to try and make the vegetable malai kofta, and she absolutely nailed it. Very similar look to these pics.
