One has a 9hr drive East and another has a 12hr drive West. The last one is the only one in my state and he's staying at least a day longer.
I've been under the weather all week so I'm sad I wasn't feeling better and feel like I was less fun for them.

Context: I'm from central Ohio and I hate the OSU tradition of crossing out all the "M"s in Columbus because of the Ohio vs Michigan rivalry. Like, they also X-out street signs???
I was reminded because of a stupid pizza delivery ad where they crossed the m out and went "Go Bucks"

honestly, i only go to that place for my therapist since i've gone to this same place for the past decade (sometimes taking breaks and switching therapists).
it's a 2.5 stars on google and i'm not surprised.

basically, that place is mostly for mental health but does have nurse practitioners that can refer you out to specialists and things like that.
buuuuut the office ladies never call me by preferred name and my current np is probably my old psych that pressured me to get on meds i didn't wanna go on.

I feel genuine distress whenever it gets so bad that I ask for help and/or open up the option to donate to me

I hate how that when I grew up poor, it was ingrained in me to never ask for help and to never accept "handouts"
I know there's kind people and when I had money I would give it away quickly to people who needed help.
But help for me???? No???? That's illegal /hj

And my SNAP usually refreshes on the 10th of each month, but the stupid shit is happening (leveraging the starving masses is evil as fuck)
Thankfully I have /some/ stuff I can cook, but also I'm basically out of milk and down to drinking just plain tap water as a person who constantly drinks juice.

I've been awake for the past 3hrs and my mouth is dry as fuck. Just watching YouTube on my phone hoping he wakes up.

and the other friend hadn't been hanging out with our friend group for a long while outside of DnD games...
But I'm also so tired... And now with the stress of November here it's probably gonna be worse for my brain.
