From the way the video proceeds I’m guessing that the camera was pointed either North or South. What does it look like if it’s pointed East or West? Or am I wrong in my belief about the orientation?

As a thirty-odd year IRS employee, I'll say thank you. You've got no idea how much of a pain it is explaining to ignorant people what the taxes they don't want to pay actually bring to them. Doesn't anyone teach civics anymore?
