@DoorDash very disappointed with my @ColdStone delivery. Entire order packaged poorly. It’s ice cream and container was not closed, bowl was smashed as was waffle cone which cost extra.

@DoorDash I received an email promotion referring to an annual DoorDash plan, but when I tried to switch by clinking on the link in the email, it took me to a website with no reference to an annual plan. The app also makes no reference. Does an annual plan exist?
