To me, one of the most important lessons in life is that it can always get worse. When I was younger, I would procrastinate stuff I could've been doing, because I assumed I'd be better at it in later years. Very naive, but in my defense, it could've also turned out a lot better #mentalhealth #covid

One of the greatest feelings in the world is being able to do something again that you couldn't do for a while that defines you as a person. In my case, that's recovering from #LongCovid enough to return to writing and creating art. I feel like I'm finally myself again. #postcovid #covidisnotover
