The final part is the art deco city of white marble and sandstone, where headquarters are located. The three sections constitute to the rigid concepts of hierarchy and authoritarian rules, demonstrated by steel and pipelines.

This city actually has 3 distinct parts. The outer part is the miners and scavengers, the middle part is the slum and industry, and the administrative marble city on the to of the social hierarchy #citiesskylines
