The scenario where someone is dismissed because they have raised a claim in the Tribunal arguing a breach of the Equality Act.

The scenario you described is protected under the Equality Act 2010 as victimisation. I am sure the decision maker in her disciplinary case can remain impartial.

That’s sad but not the same all over the country. You can still just wander in to the wonderful Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow.

Some of the comments were so bizarre it was difficult to believe they came from real people.
One thing supporters have to do though is not fall into the trap of arguing back that this will be easy and no big deal. It will be painful and some very difficult cases will come up.
