Anyways, rant over. Thank you for coming to my Bed Talk.

I don’t feel comfortable using my wheelchair in my home anymore. Because I know if I use it I’ll get the eye rolls, or the sighs like I’m a burden.

Because they would have to help me. So when I’m having bad days, I sit in my bed and basically rot. I don’t eat, I try to sleep, just siting in pain.

The sad reality is, people say they would take care of a disabled loved one, until it happens. They don’t realize how much work it really takes.

And yes I want my own independence but I just can’t do everything by myself anymore and still do need help. Help I don’t get now anyways…

It’s called a ROAMING super, not a “Stand around and do nothing while your team benefits from your existence” super.

I cannot tell you how unbelievably rabid I am for this idea and I need it like yesterday
