It also looks like the older games are smaller (Looks like the H2 BG base and Scorpion from the screenshot) so could that also be playing a factor?

Visually I have a secondary antagonist to one of my characters in their back story, Also a moon elf in my overly complex lore. Has this vibe going on but I've been stuck on the visual aspect.
