this combined with the cycles of absolute seething rage over the smallest inconveniences is really making being awake absolutely undesirable right now

couple that with awful sleep quality and inability to fall asleep easily and everything else?

it's been a month and a half and still nothing is working right

at what point do I give up and admit defeat to the withdrawal and just start taking the sertraline again
