Reporting from Ciudad Juárez, across from El Paso where first group of migrants w/CBP1 appointments were relieved to be allowed to enter the U.S. legally on Inauguration Day. What’s less know is what happens with 2nd group of appts at 1 after Trump promised to end the app parole program.
