My kiddo loved the blow dry station and the showers, and the sucker after class. We still didn’t get far with lessons but was much better than rec for us!

It is the best.

Good luck!

Well maybe I shouldn’t head to the office…

Oh yes! Feel for my neighbours without a generator or wood stove. Cold morning to have no power.

Haha. We are enjoying! We can flush toilets and get the kiddo off to school! Wood stove is heating the house.

It looks great!

That tracks. I got to the office around 6:35 and heard ice hitting the windows. I also came Quinpool, and it seemed ok then. Glad I left early!

Oh no! I came though an hour ago (left Tantallon at 6) and it was all just wet my whole way in! Or, I was just lucky and didn't realize there was ice. Hope all is ok.

Roads were all fine. Just wet.

Any word on HRM roads? I’m in Tantallon and my particular street just looks wet at 2 degrees. Wondering what I’m in for on the way into downtown.

Interesting! This child will also NOT take meds. But good to know for me for next year! She will power through. I told her that she can stay home from school if she needs to, and still go to the event tomorrow night. She does not like missing school or events. Scheduled around dance class instead.

Fever and vomiting? Yikes. That's rough. I especially hope that one feels much better. I had fever and body aches and her dad had almost nothing. We shall see. She's only getting COVID tomorrow - will do flu another day as getting one into her is enough of an ordeal.

My kiddo is going today. Really hoping she is ok tomorrow night for one of the many holiday festivities, but it was really hard to try to schedule for when she would be able to take two days to recover. Hope you’re all better today.

Matt, I was happy to see the tree was lit this morning! I’m sure it was lit much earlier this week but it’s my first day back downtown since Monday. :)
