The combination of reading Craft in the Real World by Matthew Salesses and being in a six week workshop that’s been clearly influenced by it has helped me get back into writing. Also: Googling “writing while depressed” has been surprisingly helpful. Great tips.

Swedish crime fiction has me in a choke hold.
I can’t explain why I’ve been hit with such a strong desire to re-read Lars Kepler but since mid August, I’ve re-read the first 5 books in their Joona Linna series with one more to go before I’ve reached the “reading for the first time” part of the series.
