People have been pointing out how similar the Mechanic's outfit looks to Chell from Portal, and funnily it wouldn't be the first time they intentionally or unintentionally referenced Portal or were inspired by it, since the basic plotline of Octo Expansion was pretty much just Portal as well lol

I'm still expecting to wake up any moment from a mass hallucination of Splatoon Raiders

I was comparing the new map info we got from the Splatoon Raiders trailer with the respective area in Japan, and found these islands which may be the ones from the trailer

also the fact they specifically brought back urchin underpass, and the trailer had a shot that specifically referenced the trailer from 2014

so im learning this isnt just some random tuesday huh

The Splatoon story spin-off is finally real holy fucking shit

The hackers have now changed the handle of my stolen account to "drinooo.bsky.social‬".
That should actually be even more obvious now for people realizing this is hacked.
But please look for this handle now and keep reporting it

I tried something with my domain, basically I changed the entry for ardnin.splatoonlore,ink to be associated with this account, to take back the handle. However, the handles are still displayed the same, and now if you click on the hacked account you are led to this account here

I have also removed the entry for the custom handle in my domain settings, which doesn't lock the account, but after some time there will the "invalid handle" warning with my hacked account, which hopefully will make anyone targeted suspicious of it more quickly

To warn others I will look at who the hacker newly follows and also follow those accounts in the hope that seeing the notification of me following will inform anyone that get's targeted by the scammer. Once this is hopefully over I will revert the follows.
