Another Character Design! Lazarus Valencia is an ancient vampyre king turned to stone after a near death experience. His eyes are ever watching, and every movement is agony as the stone is like flesh.
This was a super enjoyable character design to make.

Tragedy lead to him losing his body, and his body roaming as a caricature husk of his previous self, as Dr. W. Marrow.
