Last week I finished playing in my first ever game of 'The Expanse' TTRPG. I had an absolute blast trying out a new system.

Thoughts:

The system was definitely very solid and lead to a lot of fun and laughs. I'm not 100% sure it fits with the dark sci-fi theme but it was a fun change of pace.

What drives you nuts managing your favorite hobby?

Working on updates to the UI to support TTRPG Resources (Health, Strain, etc) which will be configurable by existing presets or custom additions by GM's and Players such as turn counters or other trackers.

Proxima Progress -> Finished integrating models to allow for 2D (Tokens) or 3D (Models) depending on user preferences. As things progress I will be adding additional models and character variants as resources allow.

Happy accidents? I was adding a listener to my token database to see if users made changes, and if 'Yes' then update the local cache.

Update User Library -> Listener Triggers -> "Surely I'll have to refresh..."

But I was happily surprised to see it appear live. "Oh it worked, this never happens!"

Genuinely wondering if I'm the only one who does this? I just cant help but think the new code will secretly fail and by the time I realize it I'll have forgotten how the original code worked...

Early look at a Narrative Positioning Web Tool (Proxima Toolkit). I have added integration into the previously released Token Creator library (in addition to figures) allowing users to pull their uploaded tokens into Proxima.

Very excited to hopefully get this out for people to use and enjoy soon!

First day of posting and my first public release!

I am very hopeful that the tools I make can be of some benefit to fellow fans and hobbyists of tabletop roleplaying games. If they can make things just a little bit easier for someone it will absolutely make my day.
